Sicily Food: Fresh Squid

The other day, Enzo, our local fish monger had fresh squid, something I've never cooked before. Feeling brave, and liking calamari, I bought some. When we got home, I asked Google how to clean them... Quite easy, but messy. Best done with a double sink! I did not succeed in finding the ink sack in any of these three.
