Sicilian Olive Oil

Last evening we were treated to a visit to a special producer of olive oil. He has a grove of what they call Sarascen olive trees - very old in other words. The theory is that the older the trees the better the oil. This producer uses organic production methods. He has also invented and made a machine to remove pits from the olives to get pure oil. 

He also has many orange lemon and pomegranate trees.
