A redheaded siren. Many of the sirens in these history paintings for redheads. I want with this means?

There’s a small upstairs gallery devoted to the collection of a particular Roman. I think she was a fashion designer but I’m still not clear. She had some amazing garments and lovely glassware and home decor.  

This was one of my favourites, a beautiful cerulean blue cloak with painted silver and gold embellishments. 

This was a piece of diaphanous cotton or linen embroidered with figures. It was so lovely it was featured in a Paris fashion magazine from the era.
