Scapa’s First Big Ski

We’re very cautious about not overextending our young puppy, who seems like she’s going to be rather a big dock. The balance is a hard thing to find. She would probably be happy with a nice long four hour walk twice a day.

She’s been on short little skis no more than 500 m, or as much as 2 km, yesterday we bumped it up to 4 km.   She still had lots of energy in the tank at the end of that ski.

Treats are always good. 

There is an invisible lab there in the picture. 

She moves so fast she’s hard to photograph. Plus she’s blacker than a moonless midnight.
