Saturday Dinner

I have been trying to use what I have on hand and in the garden. Fridge pickings were slim, a couple manly tomatoes was all - but there was a piece of halibut in the freezer, vegetables in the garden and spice in the drawers. 

Tada! Fish curry. Yum!
