Last night we had a very fun party to celebrate an evetful birthday for our friend Lenore. I've been wanting to have a garden party for years and this was the perfect excuse. We were worried that the weather was turning on us - rain and thundershowers were forecast. We lucked out with no rain, but cool temps so we could enjoy the fire and have the stove on without dying of heat.
The back deck got some use as did the back garden and the cabin out back.

The evening was a success as evidenced by the bottle count... Fellow Riverdalians were able to walk home so were able to enjoy themselves even more.
