V&A Day 2: More Textiles

I’m really into textiles for all the obvious reasons - who doesn’t want to wear beautiful things and be surrounded by them? This entire bolt of hand made lace took my breath away. 

I think that is a smiling sun. Again, it is tiny, minuscule. 

These are fine, fine threads. 

This sunshine yellow jacket with gilt and silver embroidery really grabbed me. 

I covet this chair cushion cover. Wool thread on linen canvas.
