It’s Fun to Stay at the YMCA

Because I’m trying to do this trip on a limited budget, I elected to save some of my buttons and I’m staying one night at the YMCA in downtown bath. 

The locations certainly cannot be beat. And the price is just right. This is the view from my room, which I don’t have to share with anybody by the way. I do have to walk down the hall to the bathroom though.

The abbey bellringers are in full flight doing a lovely collection of carillons of bell ringing. It is very atmospheric. I’m sure there is some old English for what they are doing, but I can’t remember it. Ringing the changes maybe?
