And the Power is still out

The power grid in Nova Scotia seems rather delicate. We had a big winter storm that started yesterday morning, the power went out at around 430 and it’s now 830 the next day and it’s still out. It seems as if most of the province is without power right now. I don’t know how people handle this. There’s only one way to heat my house and it needs power. It’s getting a little chilly in here. The whole family is currently dog piled on the bed! Nice and warm. Just don’t stick any parts out of the blankets

The city plough has already come down our little lane now we just have to shovel out the 3 foot drifts to get the car out.
