Surprisingly for a city with such a huge amount of space allocated for each resident, there's quite a number of cottagers - people who flee the 'city' for the weekend or the week. Friends invited us to share an evening or weekend with them at a 'cottage' in Tagish. Lovely spot with chairs on the river, mountain views and sunny skies. I was even brave enough to go in the water. I think that's the first time I've ever gone into a Yukon lake.
There was some lovely boating time on
Tagish Lake. There was an awesome pancake breakfast and some hot tub time.
