It has been a phenominal summer here in the Yukon. We've had hot, sunny days with plenty of afternoon and eveing showers. The very cold winter also killed off quite a few of the nornally voracious leaf miner bugs that turn the green leaves of our poplar trees (aka aspen) a silver grey. The result is the greenest August I can ever remember her in teh Yukon. The grass is happy, the gardens are lush and the berries are HUGE!
