Our lovely pet German and friend, Thomas, cooked an amazing last supper for us before he heads off for south America. As he said, 'its getting cold, I must leave'. He is a fabulous cook and invents wonderful things to eat. This delicious lasagne is one of them. Instead of red and green, it is red and bechamel. The flavour is something you must experience for yourself.
