After acquiring all those lovely new wool fleece, they weren't going to fit in the car with us, the dog and our existing luggage (the dog crate is a big bugger). So, I thought the smartest thing would be to send them back home to Canada by post. Let us just say that I saw a nice sapphire ring at the jeweller's around the corner that cost less than shipping 4 small parcels each weighing less than 5k to Canada. Would I rather have the sapphire ring than the wool? A moot question since I've spent the money now, but worth considering in the future. No wonder British rare breed wools are so rare! You can't get them off the island! It would have been around the same cost to fly here, put the wool in a suitcase and fly back. Ouch.
The only redeeming feature regarding the British post... the recognizable postboxes.

OK... It's not the Post Box but you get the idea... they are both red and very recognizable.
