When the church redid their parking lot many years ago the grade of the parking lot was raised almost a metre above the footings of the carriage house which sits right on the property line. Subsequent decades of piling Snow against the care has resulted in it rotting and shifting off of its footings. We made the decision early on that we wanted to save the building, and that’s happening now.
Carl Cole is lifting up the entire building so that we can pour a concrete foundation straighten the building out and put it back down.
