Former Pink Room Progress and COOL JOINERY

The pink room is slowly but surely turning into an insulated space... but boy does it take a ton of time. there was no insulation in the walls and down into the lower walls.

Here is the amazing part though... this house is balloon framed using mortise and tenon joints with locks in each join. even the studs on each floor are morticed into the floor joists. As a somewhat competent western carpenter... I am amazed by the craftsmanship. At least the bones are good...
