I started knitting this sweater when I was still in law school, sometime around 1998. The wall is a pole worth that I hand spun along with a cotton indigo blend. I spend that too. It never grew into the cardigan that I intended for a whole variety of reasons. It’s been lurking in my stash of unfinished objects [UFO] ever cents. Today it became something. A pair of mittens and a cow/shop/thing to keep your neck warm.

The parts

Mittens cut out of the sleeves.

A bit of I-cord to help keep the mittens tight.

Done!
