Italy: That's Flavour Country

Our friend Eric has a great expression for the extra delicious part of a meal; "that's flavour country". Our noonish meal today was definitely flavour county. Caprese salad with fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil and tomato. Then the pasta course of fava pasta with fresh made linguine and a side of eggplant parmigiana. And sausage from the butcher up the street. Frankly it was almost too good to take photos of. The flavours were complete and totally captivating.
