Puppy's First Trip

Christopher had to go to Vancouver to see an eye specialist, put in our taxes with Gary our family friend and accountant, bury his Dad and rebuild a deck. It was a busy 7 days. Scapa came along to continue training and gain some new experiences. Here's what we got up to before the flight South... it was a struggle to find a place to pee for the winter puppy.

Foxy

A friend has a fox den in her yard. I have conflicting feeling about fox. But there is no denying the kits are cute. There’s three in this little family. 

After visiting I came home and dug the gardens and planted seeds and potatoes. This morning I went out to see how things were and found a fox had dug up a potato. 🤬

Yep. Those are fox prints. Seriously!

Twin Lakes Camping

Thank you Yukon Parks Branch and indirectly Covid for getting our Yukon campgrounds open 1 month earlier!

Late Spring

The snow is leaving... and it is a little tough on the winter puppy. She searches out the last snow patches to go #1 and #2... and also to 'drink' and cool herself.

First Spritz of the Season

We were introduced to Spritz in Italy a number of years ago. For us, it is a sign of spring. Yes, there is still snow in the yard.
