Sarah created her astonishing version of the Nova Scotia Lobster Roll today. A loaf of freshly baked sourdough bread from a great local baker... coated in Mexican butter that we brought back. (Note... in our opinions mexican butter is the best we have ever tasted) One pound of Nova Scotia Lobster meat with minced shallots, fresh tarragon and mayo, spruce tip salt and fresh ground assorted pepper to taste. OMG... sooooooo good. Should have done this 3yrs ago!
