Lobster Roll

Sarah created her astonishing version of the Nova Scotia Lobster Roll today.  A loaf of freshly baked sourdough bread from a great local baker... coated in Mexican butter that we brought back. (Note... in our opinions mexican butter is the best we have ever tasted)   One pound of Nova Scotia Lobster meat with minced shallots, fresh tarragon and mayo, spruce tip salt and fresh ground assorted pepper to taste.  OMG... sooooooo good.  Should have done this 3yrs ago!

Yarmouth Doctor Appointment

We embraced a specialist appointment in Yarmouth NS and braved the winter gale force winds on Valentines Day to go out to Cape Forchu then had a great seafood lunch and epic Carrot Cake dessert before retuning home.

Bahia Principe All Inclusive Tulum

We just did a wonderful bird watching and listening walking tour around one of the four resorts. It was free, wonderful and very informative. So sad that it took Sarah's curiosity and persistence to get the recommendation for this tour out of the customer service people.  They all only promote pricey tourist tours.

Surprisingly... we saw (and heard) The majority of these birds just walking around the development perimeter.
