Processing the Geese

Chris and his brother and a good friend went goose hunting in Alberta for a couple days and got some goose. Last night we processed them. I wanted to have some of the feathers and down for stuffing. Very luckily my brother in law is an expert - his childhood on a farm killing turkeys really came in handy.

I have a lovely bag of fine feathers and another of down. Getting off the down after was impossible!
