Getting Out There

Since my concussion years ago I have organized my work day to ensure I get away from my office and rest my brain mid-way through the day. Yesterday I got out for a short, but lovely, ski at some trails in Riverdale. 

That’s me at Canyon City - a location made famous during the Gold Rush.
