Jamie Oliver said I could add the ingredients to the wazzer and everything would come out ok. Not so much. I'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to look, because this was my first time making fresh pasta dough. In the next photos you'll see how difficult the kneading of pasta dough is....

Kneading the dough. I'm no light weight and I found it substantial! I think you can tell my dear husband took these photos.
We consumed the pasta with a lovely cream sauce including smoked salmon, sundried tomatoes and a few other delicous ingredients it was amazing.
