Today we got 2 dozen
Fanny Bay oysters from
Frisky fish - the local fish monger who operates out of a trailer in the Canadian Tire parking lot. One dozen were miyagi, the other dozen, at twice the size generic Pacific oysters. Both were delicious. These gal's
YouTube video showed me how to make the magic happen with just household tools. All you need is a flat head screw driver, a hammer, and a butter knife.
